Into Google’s organic top ten, in a crowded Budapest market
A family business that makes and fits shower enclosures, glass walls and glass balustrades had an old WordPress site. We rebuilt it so Google understands what they offer, to whom and where. Plenty of Budapest companies compete for these searches, and the site still made the organic top ten.

The result
The site made Google’s organic top ten, in a trade that plenty of Budapest companies compete for in search.
Where we started
The company’s long-running WordPress site had a home page, two overview pages and one short page per service.
Plenty of Budapest companies compete for this trade in search. To reach the top ten, every service needed its own page answering what people actually search for.
They publish no prices, because every job is made to measure. Yet people search for exactly that: what a shower enclosure or a glass wall costs.
What it took
One page per service
Nine services got their own page: decorative glass, custom shower enclosures, shower doors, shower walls, bath screens, glass walls, glass balustrades, glass doors and sliding doors. Each answers its own searches; the custom shower enclosure page, for example, answers price, manufacture and fitting in Budapest.
Overview pages that tie them together
Shower and glass solutions each got an overview page, and the black-framed Black System range got a page of its own. The overview page shows Google and the visitor alike what belongs together.
Answering the price question without a price
Every service page sets out what the price depends on: size, glass type and thickness, hardware, opening style and the installation site. The page answers what people search for and leads to a quote request.
Frequent questions on every page
At least four questions per service, in the buyers’ own words: what it costs, how thick the glass is, whether custom sizes are possible, how long it takes.
A knowledge base
Thirteen articles on planning questions: how to choose a shower enclosure, which way a shower door should open, how thick the glass should be, how tempered and laminated glass differ. The articles link to the related services, and the service pages link back.
A local signal
Every service page states that they work in Budapest and nationwide. The company’s details are also there in structured form for search engines: address, opening hours, service area.
Quote requests with photos
The quote form takes photos of the site, so before the survey it is already clear what the job involves.
How we did it
From the old site to launch
Survey. We went through the old site and its addresses, and gathered, service by service, what people search for.
Structure. Overview page, service page, knowledge-base article: each search has one page answering it, and the service pages kept their old addresses.
Content. Together with the owners we wrote the price factors, the frequent questions and the articles.
Technical. Structured data, a sitemap, optimised images and quick loading on phones too.
Launch. After launch, visitor analytics show which pages people arrive on.
What we paid attention to
- The old addresses stayed
- The service pages kept the addresses they had on the old site, and the old overview address redirects permanently to the new one.
- One search, one page
- Every service page has its own keywords, so no two pages compete for the same search.
- Quick loading
- Images load in modern formats, sized to the screen, and the large header images were optimised separately.
- Readable contrast
- The colours were set so the text reads well on every background.
- Quote requests arrive
- The quote-request emails were set up to land in the primary inbox.
