There is a job in your company that goes by hand every week.

Tell us what you still do by hand and send us your site. We write back, free, with the job that would pay to hand over first. If none of them would pay yet, we write that instead. You need no AI plan, and nothing follows from it.

What a person still does every week

The same record gets typed in two or three times.

Out of the shop, into the spreadsheet, out of the spreadsheet, into the invoicing tool. Whoever types it knows which step it slips at.

Every quote is an older quote with the names changed.

You open the last one, swap the name, the price, the deadline. Then somebody reads it again in case the old company name survived.

You answer the same questions every day.

Where is my order, what does delivery cost, is it in stock. The answer is the same one; only the address changes.

How it works lives in one person's head.

While they are in, it works. When they are not, it stops, and nobody knows where to look.

Any of these can be checked: would it pay to hand over. That is the check.

What we usually end up building

You do not need to know what to ask for. These are the places manual work is most often replaced by software. The assessment tells you which one is worth doing first at your company.

Online shop

People email every day asking where their order is.

They get the answer from your own order data, straight away.

Product pages are written by hand, again for each language.

The description is drafted from the supplier sheet, in several languages, and you approve it.

Service business

Every quote is written in Word, copied from the last one.

The enquiry becomes a draft quote, and you review it before it goes.

Some enquiries go unanswered because nobody has time to chase them.

Enquiries arrive sorted, and the reminder goes out on its own.

Wholesale and B2B

Supplier price lists are carried into the system by hand.

The data is read out of the PDF and the spreadsheet into your system.

Orders arrive by email and are typed in by hand.

Order details arrive extracted, waiting for approval.

Back office

Somebody reads every invoice and contract and types it in.

The fields are read out of the document, ready to be checked.

Someone sorts the incoming mail every morning.

Mail arrives sorted, with a first version of the reply attached.

The management report is copied together by hand at the end of the month.

The report is assembled from the data your systems already hold, in its usual form.

Marketing and content

The blog and the newsletter always fall to whoever happens to have time.

The draft is written from a brief and research, and a person decides what goes out.

The same copy is produced four times, once per language.

Every language comes from one source, with your own terminology.

None of it starts without a person approving it, and none of it means replacing the systems you already run. Which one is worth the most at your company is what the assessment answers.

This is what you get

  • A quick read of what your public pages and your own few sentences say about how the days actually run.
  • A short written answer: which job would pay to hand over first, and which would not.
  • An offer of a call, if there is something to talk about. The letter stays yours either way.
  • Every observation carries the page it came from. You can check it.
  • A separate block for what your public pages do not reveal. We do not guess at it.
  • A short assessment, not a deep audit. We write down what a quick read can honestly support.

Ask for it if it fits. Skip it if it does not.

Ask for it if

  • There is a job that runs the same way several times a week, and a person does all of it.
  • The data already sits in something you run: the shop, the invoicing tool, the booking tool, a spreadsheet.
  • Somebody has room to carry one change through the team.

Skip it if

  • The job comes up once or twice a month. At that rate it is cheaper by hand.
  • You already know which tool you want. Ask for a quote on it, not for an assessment.
  • You have just started, and there is not enough repetition yet to work from.

What we commit to in writing, and what we never do

Your website is a sales document, so it says little about how you actually work.

Free, and it stays free.

No card details, and a proposal only if you ask for one.

Only you receive it.

The assessment goes only to the address you gave us. No newsletter, no follow-up sequence.

We do not guess.

Every observation names the page it came from, and what could not be established from the outside stands in its own block.

No score, no grade. Anywhere.

No grade and no AI-readiness percentage either. An invented percentage about your company is worse than an honest question.

A machine does not send.

A person reads every assessment, corrects it, and releases it in our own name.

What we look at before we answer

Your public pages answer two of these at best. You know the rest, which is why we ask.

Is there a repeating job

A step that runs the same way several times a week. If you can describe it in three sentences, there is.

Is there enough of it

Ten quotes a day is a different case from two a month. Without volume the machine costs more than it returns.

Is the data already somewhere

The shop, the invoicing tool, the booking tool, a CRM. If you could gather it in an hour, that is a good sign. If nobody knows where it is, that is an answer too.

Does it have an owner

Somebody with room to carry it, and whom the team asks when it sticks. There is no ownerless rollout.

Is there anything that rules it out today

Regulated data, too little repetition, or work that is tied to a person being there. If we see one, that is what we write.

What the assessment needs

Free, in your inbox the same day. A call happens only if you ask for one.

Your own site. Up to three: the website, the shop, a campaign landing.

How many of you are there

The most valuable box here.

Free, and it commits you to nothing. The assessment goes only to the address you gave us.

What comes next, if you want it to

  1. A 30-minute call

Free. The assessment email tells you how to ask for it. We go through what we found and pick the process losing the most manual hours.

  2. Process assessment

One week, with its own price, in a written proposal: what we build, by when, for how much. The material is yours even if someone else builds it.

  3. The first process

Live typically 2 to 4 weeks after the assessment, with clickable previews. The system and every credential are yours.

No step obliges the next.

Questions before you send

None. In most enquiries the first question is whether there is anything here to automate at all. Answering that in a letter is cheaper than answering it in two calls. No card details, no mailing list, and if you leave it there we do not chase you.

Naming one job that a person does today is enough. The assessment is about whether that job would pay to hand over. If it would not, that is what we write, and that is that. You bring no AI plan.

The frame is the same in every letter: what we saw, where the value might be, what could not be established from outside. The content comes from your pages and from what you wrote on the form, and every observation names the page it came from. Where we know nothing, we write nothing.

A quick read, not a detailed survey. We look at your company rather than at your website design: at the step that passes through a person over and over, how an enquiry arrives, how it becomes a quote, what gets retyped from one system into another. Most of it comes from what you write on the form, because a website says almost nothing about that. The detailed process assessment is a separate, paid step.

What you send goes into our own database and is passed to nobody. Of your pages we keep only what the assessment was built from, and only until you ask us to delete it: replying to the email is enough. The detail is in the privacy notice.

AI writes the first draft; a person reads it, corrects it and only then sends it. Every assessment is read before it leaves, because we put our name to what it says about your company.

Nothing you do not start yourself. The email tells you how to ask for a 30-minute call; if you leave it, we do not chase you. Reply to the email any time and we delete your request and the saved excerpts.

One form, one answer, one call.

Fill in the form, read what we send, and if there is something to talk about, let us talk. If not, you have lost nothing.
